New Feast of Artisans Farmers’ Market
Debuts Wednesday, March 28 at The Woodlands Mall
WHAT: Feast of Artisans Farmers’ Market Shopping for fresh produce is about to become more convenient and fun when The Woodlands Mall hosts Feast of Artisans Farmers’ Market beginning Wednesday, March 28, 2012.
WHO: Local farmers and artisans selling seasonal local fruits and vegetables [conventional and sustainably grown], local honey, free-range chicken eggs, meats, olive oil, tie-dyed products, Indian food, bath sundries, ceramics and more
Vendors include: Atkinson Farm from Spring; Georgia’s Farm to Market; Nisha’s Quick-n-Ezee Indian Food; Nativa hand-made body soaps; Sugar Hill Farm; Texas Hill Country Olive Company; Wood Duck Farm; and Zipote Ceramics. More vendors will be added.
WHEN: EVERY WEDNESDAY BEGINNING MARCH 28
3 to 7 P.M.
WHERE: The Woodlands Mall, I-45 north at Lake Woodlands Drive
Outside in The Courtyard on the south side of the shopping center
WHY: The Woodlands Mall believes in the value that farmers’ markets provide by making fresh food and unique items conveniently available to area families. The market is also a way the mall can introduce local farmers to the community, strengthening neighborhood ties and contributing to the economic growth of the community. In addition to a fresh assortment of produce, shoppers will find one-of-a-kind handmade products, gourmet specialty foods and unique artwork.
