The Woodlands, TX - Northside FIAT has leased 4,105 square feet of space on the street level of The Waterway Square Garage in The Waterway Square District, located at 1501 Lake Robbins Drive, Suite 130, for construction of a FIAT Studio, according to Dan Leverett, vice president of commercial for The Woodlands Development Company.
The FIAT studio will house several showroom model FIATS and will be a sales facility for new FIATS and a selection of FIAT merchandise. According to the Northside FIAT website, “FIAT’s long-anticipated return to the U.S. market brings the opportunity to be part of a unique experience: Italian automotive design combined with fuel efficient performance and advanced, intelligent technology. As the home for the FIAT 500 brand now and for sales of additional FIAT models in the near future, the stylish, modern FIAT facility exemplifies the rich history of the FIAT brand worldwide.”
The new FIAT Studio is expected to open in May.
