Allen Edmonds, known as The Great American Shoe Company for outfitting men with footwear and accessories since 1922, will open its first Houston-area store on Thursday, March 17 in Market Street – The Woodlands.
Located in Market Street’s South Commons, the Allen Edmonds store will be the first in the shopping and entertainment destination dedicated exclusively to men’s footwear and accessories.
“The store is a tremendous addition to our collection of fashion retailers,” says Market Street General Manager Jill Liccioni. “Allen Edmonds rounds out the shopping experience for everyone in the family while enhancing our appeal as a regional shopping destination.”
Market Street also is home to the only Tommy Bahama Tropical Café & Emporium in Texas and Houston’s second Tiffany & Co. among its more than 80 fashion retailers and restaurants.
Shoppers of Allen Edmonds will find a complete selection of handcrafted footwear, including selections in dress and casual, handcrafted in the U.S.A. using a meticulous 212-step production process to create the brand’s timeless and enduring styles. The store also offers a complete selection of socks, dress and casual belts and a well-rounded selection of personal leather goods, writing instruments, shoe care kits, cuff links and more.
